Cross-border payments interoperability and extension taskforce update
CLS is pleased to announce that Dirk Bullmann, Managing Director, Public Policy, Strategy and Innovation, CEO Office, has been re-selected as a member of the renewed Cross Border Payments Interoperability and Extension (PIE) taskforce.
This taskforce was established by the Bank for International Settlements’ Committee on Payments and Market Infrastructures (CPMI). Its goal is to enable cooperation between the public and private sector in pursuing the key objectives of the G20 cross-border payments programme of improving the speed and transparency of cross-border payments, increasing access to such services and reducing their overall costs. The PIE Taskforce comprises senior representatives from different jurisdictions, regions, private sector institutions and businesses. Full list of members
