SWIFT offers the following consultancy services:

  • Customer Integration - to offer on-site advice and dedicated support for the SWIFTNet system architecture, scalability, performance and integration options with back-office applications
  • Customer Education - to offer tailored on-site courses designed to address customers' specific needs which are delivered on customers' premises. Our mission is to help customers increase their knowledge on the SWIFT infrastructure and the different message types in order to improve the automation and service levels and decrease the operational costs.
  • Standards - are an essential element of SWIFT's global offering. We are committed to the collaboration of efforts and convergence of standards, so that our community can benefit from potential cost savings, eliminate redundancies and smoothly expand into previously untapped markets.

SWIFT works with Business Partners and Certified Service Partners to deliver all on-site technical services. 

SWIFT Business Partners offer services beyond SWIFT's domain in the areas of system integration, general consultancy, and system care for customer installed configurations etc. 

SWIFT Service Partners are independent companies that have been accredited by SWIFT to offer SWIFT customers specific services (for example implementation services) in connection with the provision of SWIFT services and products, and in accordance with predefined SWIFT quality standards.

  • SWIFTNet Connectivity Implementations 
  • Upgrades of SWIFT software products & SWIFTNet connectivity 
  • SWIFTNet Migration Assistance 

SWIFT offers:

SWIFT also uses four network partners, each with a standard offering of managed IP-VPN services who provide implementation services. Customers can opt to contract with one or more of the network partners for connectivity to the SWIFTNet messaging platform, enabling choice and flexibility at the access network level.
