Rebecca Carvatt is a Partner and leader in EY’s Digital Asset Consulting business. 

In her current role, she focuses on the transformational changes impacting the financial services industry – growth strategies, new licensing, and regulatory compliance for digital natives, and ecosystem building across traditional financial institutions looking to bridge into new digital native, on chain businesses. She has extensive experience working with the world’s leading financial and technology companies to drive transformation, launch new products and businesses, and scale global operations.  

She has also spent six+ years with EY based in Hong Kong, supporting global clients with their APAC inbound growth strategies and was deeply engaged in the innovation economy, from digital banks to crypto-native businesses. 

Rebecca earned her BBA/BS in Finance and Government from the College of William & Mary and her MaCC from Notre Dame. She has a NY and CA CPA and is based in San Francisco.
