Client documentation access via CLS Direct

Client Member Vendor website decommission

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing client experience, we are streamlining our client communication channels to make it easier for you to access documents and resources related to CLS’s products and services.

We are migrating all CLS-related documentation from the current Client Member Vendor website (CMV) to CLS Direct, our centralized and secure web-based portal already used by settlement members to access various reports and products.

From 6 January 2024, the current CMV will be unavailable as we begin the migration process. Our aim is to ensure that access to all CLS-related documentation will be available through CLS Direct by late Q2. During this period, the Operations Team will be on hand to source critical documentation on your behalf, including:

  • Member Handbook
  • Legal documentation
  • Member notices and service updates
  • Product information
  • Product user manuals and technical documents
  • Updates to the JAS plan.
