We provide one another with positive encouragement and practical support when it comes to looking after our physical health. In addition to our extensive health-based benefits, colleagues can take advantage of discounted local gym membership lunchtime classes, regular inter-department fitness challenges and more!
Your mental health
Emotional wellbeing is equally important to us, and we work hard to foster an environment that supports this. In addition to physical first aiders, we have trained a network of mental health first aiders, and our offices have wellbeing rooms and breakout areas, giving colleagues space to think and recalibrate. All of this is complemented by a calendar of events designed to inspire conversation about emotional wellbeing.
Our community
We understand that our families, friends and communities are all central to a healthy lifestyle, and with that in mind, many of our benefits extend to protect your loved ones. In addition, colleagues are entitled, and encouraged, to support local causes. Reading programs in local schools, homeless shelters and urban green spaces in deprived areas have all benefited from CLS employees’ time and dedication.
