Working with the New York-based team, he will develop and lead CLS’s relationship management strategy for the region, with particular emphasis on participation expansion and deepening relationships with settlement members.

Joe brings over 20 years of experience to the role across institutional sales, marketing, operational and risk management. Most recently, Joe was Chief Operating Officer (COO) for global FX markets at Jefferies, a leading US-based, global investment bank and institutional securities firm. Prior to that, Joe held a number of senior FX roles, including COO for Global FX at Bank of America and COO for FX and Global Metals Sales and Trading at HSBC.
