CLS has been awarded third place in Britain’s Healthiest Workplace – an initiative run by Vitality in partnership with Aon, Rand Europe, the University of Cambridge and the Financial Times. The study tracks the health and productivity of the British workforce to identify the best employers in the private and public sectors. This year over 8,500 employees from 65 organizations responded to the survey.

CLS employees completed the Vitality Health & Wellbeing Assessment – an online tool that invited them to submit a range of information and insights on productivity, job satisfaction and wellbeing risk factors. This was then used to calculate the ‘vitality age’ of respondents and provide them with tailored health and wellbeing guidance.

Also, at an organizational level, CLS was invited to answer questions about leadership, culture, and the provision and use of workplace wellness interventions, facilities and services.

Catherine Milward, Chief People Officer at CLS commented: “At CLS, the wellbeing of our people is as important as the resilience of our systems. We run a range of initiatives that support employees’ physical, emotional and mental wellbeing, helping us to retain talent and engage our employees.

“Being recognized by Britain’s Healthiest Workplace reinforces our approach and sends a clear message to employees that we care about their health. Thank you to everyone who took part and helped us achieve this recognition for such an important feature of what makes CLS a great place to work.”
