Catherine is an experienced leader with over 20 years of Human Resources experience in global Financial Services.
She joined CLS in June 2018 and is responsible for ensuring the organisation can deliver on its strategy by attracting, engaging, developing and retaining a high-performing, diverse workforce.
Prior to joining CLS, Catherine held a number of senior roles at Deutsche Bank, latterly as the Global HR Business Partner for the Fixed Income division. She also held senior roles in Talent Acquisition including as the Global Head of Graduate Training. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Catherine’s early career was spent in the FS practice at Accenture.
Catherine has an MA in French and Italian from Cambridge University, an MSc in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
