CLS has been recognized in ‘The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023’. The initiative celebrates the UK's top employers and acknowledges the best workplaces for women, the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, and well-being.

Companies are judged on the views of employees who complete an anonymous survey, independently conducted by WorkL. The survey assesses employee experience through key areas of reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, instilling pride, job satisfaction and well-being.

Commenting on the listing, Marc Bayle de Jessé, CEO, CLS said: “We are proud to be recognized by ‘The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023’. We are a purpose-driven organization, with a culture that focuses on doing what is right. The well-being of our people is as important to us as the resilience of our systems. We take pride in delivering a range of initiatives that support employees’ sense of belonging and physical, emotional and mental well-being.”

This recognition follows a third place award for CLS last year in Britain’s Healthiest Workplace, an honor granted by Vitality in partnership with Aon, Rand Europe, the University of Cambridge and the Financial Times.

“We are a purpose-driven organization, with a culture that focuses on doing what is right.”
