CLS awarded ‘The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025’
For the third consecutive year, CLS has been recognized in ‘The Sunday Times Best Places to Work’. The company has also won the category for Best Places To Work for ethnic minorities. The Sunday Times initiative celebrates the UK's top employers and acknowledges the best workplaces for women, the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, and younger and older workers, as well as those workplaces that provide the best wellbeing support.
Companies are judged on the views of employees who complete an anonymous survey, independently conducted by WorkL, which manages The Sunday Times Best Places to Work survey. The survey assesses employee experience through key areas of reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, instilling pride, job satisfaction and wellbeing.
Commenting on the recognition in the listing, Marc Bayle de Jessé, CEO, CLS said: “We are incredibly proud to once again be recognized as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work.
